1. Access
Access to The Yiddish List is invite-only and granted at our discretion after your application is reviewed. Approval may be revoked at any time for breach of these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You may not send: deceptive content, malware, phishing, illegal goods or services, content prohibited by CAN-SPAM, or any campaign that has not been truthfully described during the application process. Our editorial team reviews all campaigns.
3. Credits & billing
Sending is paid per verified email via prepaid credits purchased through Stripe. Credits never expire. Charges are non-refundable once a campaign has begun sending.
4. List ownership
The subscriber list is the exclusive property of The Yiddish List. You receive engagement analytics on your campaigns but never the subscriber identities.
5. Liability
The Yiddish List is provided "as is." Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us during that period.
